International Women's Day

In light of International Women’s Day, today Suzuki Australia have gone purple to acknowledge this significant day.

Staff at Suzuki Australia were invited to wear purple, the official colour of International Women’s  Day to recognise the battle for gender equality globally.

Suzuki Australia’s aim is to forge a gender balanced workplace, raise awareness against bias and take action for equality.

General Manager Automotive, Suzuki Australia, Michael Pachota says “This day is significant for not only standing together as a race, but society standing behind our mothers, sisters, partners and friends, as gender equality is still an issue in so many corners of the world.”

This year’s International Women’s Day theme is #BalanceforBetter. Balance is not a women's issue, it's a human matter.

Balance drives a better working world. Let's all help create a #BalanceforBetter.
