The value-for-money equation has just got even better for customers after the Suzuki Kizashi’s best-value recognition in Wheels magazine’s recent ‘Gold Star’ awards.
The Kizashi Prestige was recognised alongside the Skoda Octavia and Hyundai i45 for medium cars priced between $31,000 and $45,000.
The awards were judged across several criteria including purchase price, warranty terms, service intervals, fuel use, retained value and insurance premiums.
In awarding the Kizashi top honours, Wheels applauded the effort of Suzuki engineers in producing an affordable and premium quality mid-size sedan – the company’s first foray into the highly competitive segment.
“Small car specialist now playing with the big boys and scoring good value runs on equipment, quality and price.
This accolade follows similar recognition from the leading motoring clubs such asNRMA, RACV, RAA and RACT where the Kizashi was ranked first in their annual running costs surveys.
“The Kizashi represents outstanding buying as one of the most affordable and value-for-money cars to own and operate,” said Suzuki Australia General Manager, Tony Devers.
“This honour proves that owning a mid-size car such as Kizashi, you can still get all the mod-cons and features expected of more expensive models and save yourself some big dollars in the process across the lifecycle of the car.
