No. 1 for satisfaction
Suzuki’s benchmark mid-size sedan, the stunning new Kizashi, continues to rack up the accolades with back-to-back honours in Auto Pacific’s 15thannual Vehicle Satisfaction Awards (VSA) in the United States.
The Kizashi registered highest in total overall satisfaction among all new purchased or leased mid-size vehicles sold in America for the second consecutive year.
AutoPacific's VSA is an industry benchmark for measuring how satisfied an owner is with his/her new vehicle. This study by the Southern California-based automotive research firm summarizes the results of over 68,000 new vehicle owners. To perform well, vehicles must score highest in 48 separate categories across the ownership experience.
“This is tremendous feedback from more satisfied ownersand another great accomplishment for the Suzuki product development team,” said Suzuki Australia general manager, Tony Devers.
“We are proud of the Kizashi, and this recognition from owners in America remains a strong testament to the hard work that the engineers and designers have put into this vehicle.
“The Kizashi continues the long Suzuki tradition of offering the highest levels of value and customer satisfaction.
“With its combination of stunning design, outstanding performance and high levels of safety, we know the Kizashi is resonating with customers looking for an entry-level luxury car without the near-luxury price point.
Devers said the Kizashi represents not only Suzuki’s first foray into the mid-sized car segment but also a car that is set to redefine the Suzuki brand globally.
