How to make a claim?
You’re on the way to the shops when you unfortunately hit another car.

After checking everyone is okay, please visit www.allianzclaims.com.au/# to lodge a claim and to describe the accident and damage. Or you can call 1300 132 107.

You pay your excesses (If required) and the friendly claims specialist arranges a vehicle inspection at the repairer of your choice and convenience.

If your claim is approved your vehicle will be booked in for repair at a mutually agreeable time.

Your car will be repaired in a timely manner. You can then pick your car up from the repairer and drive away.

*If your vehicle is a total loss, you purchased it new and it’s less than 3 years old from its first registration, we will replace it with one of the same make, model, engine size, features and paint type where locally available.
**If we accept a claim for accidental damage to your vehicle but are unable to fix a damaged part, we will use a new genuine manufacturer part (where available in Australia at the time of repair); if a new part is not available we will use a genuine reconditioned or recycled manufacturer part; or where a genuine part (new or used) is not locally available we will use a new, recycled or reconditioned part that meets the requirements of Australian Design Rules (ADR).
