COVID-19 Update
We’re open and here to help!
For 40 years, we’ve been bringing fun and excitement into the lives of Australians. But as always, we believe that protecting the health and safety of our customers, staff and the community should be the highest priority.
Suzuki Australia and our dealer network remain open for business but in these challenging and unprecedented times, we are all forced to rethink our approach to business. Understandably, many have a heightened level of concern right now, and we want to reassure you that Suzuki Australia along with our dealer network are acting decisively, in accordance with the best advice, to protect our valued customers and staff.
To help combat the spread of COVID-19, Suzuki dealerships are taking extraordinary precautions to ensure that public safety is not compromised, with no disruption of service to you.
During this difficult time, our retail and service network remains committed to assisting customers. We’re open and ready to help you with vehicle purchase, service and repairs, while being mindful of the social distancing guidelines. For those wishing to buy a new vehicle, we’re working hard to provide test drives to customers at home while ensuring all high-contact touchpoints are sanitised prior to test drives and handover.
Our service centres also remain open as your vehicle still needs care. You can book your car in for servicing or repair online by clicking here. All staff members are strictly adhering to safe hygiene and social distancing to ensure your car is serviced or repaired in a sanitised, zero-contact environment for ultimate peace of mind. These precautions include strict sanitary and hygiene measures such as vehicles being disinfected and sanitised prior to being returned, and thorough cleaning of all touchpoints such as door handles, steering wheel, gear knobs, switches, buttons and keys. Participating dealers are also offering complimentary pickup and drop off delivery services for vehicles.
All we ask in return is that you please look after yourselves and look out for others. We’re all in this together.
